Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery

Orders to one specific address are delivered free of charge for 3 + cases. We cannot accept orders for less than 3 cases.

These charges relate to Mainland UK only - for carriage charges to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Overseas please contact us for charges.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. During peak times this may not be possible. If we are unable to despatch your order within 72 hours for any reason we will, of course, contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund.

Our couriers will require a signature for all parcels - please ensure someone will be available to receive your order.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock we will email you with the option to either cancel your order or we will tell you when we can fulfil it and you may wish to wait for delivery.

Refunds and Returns

If you need a refund for any reason whatsoever then please contact us via email.

Whilst we are certain you will be delighted with your products, we will view each request individually, so if you have any concerns please contact us.

If you'd like to cancel your order then this policy doesn't affect your rights when we're at fault - for example if the items are faulty.

You can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply email us or drop us a line. We'll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days.

If you do cancel then I'm afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit so do, please, ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the value.

If you don't return them we can make arrangements to collect them but we'll charge you the direct cost of the collection. Since we use a courier firm this is likely to be in the region of £15.00. If reasonable care hasn't been taken of the goods before we receive them back here which results in damage or deterioration then we'll charge you for the reduction in value.
